All hosting accounts are billed quarterly in the month following the close of that quarter. Payment are due within 30 days of invoice date. A 1.5 % per month (18% per annum) late fee is charged to all past due accounts. All design projects require a deposit equal to a minimum of 1/3 of the estimated amount of the completed project prior to start of project. No refunds of payments of any kind will be given in any circumstances once a project has begun. Any overages remaining are credited to your account and will be used to offset future design and hosting fees as they are accrued.
